2. The Australian Privacy Principles

The Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) sets out thirteen Australian Privacy Principles that govern how Australian organisations collect, use, disclose, store and give access to personal information. This policy explains how we apply those principles in practice. Where this policy is silent, the APPs apply.
